TECATE is a Mexican icon. Born in 1944 and forged in the heat of hard work, the brand once defined what Mexican beer could be. But as the category evolved and semiotics shifted, it began to lose ground. The brand’s innovation lost its edge, and its masculine roots, once a point of pride, became a limitation. To rise again, TECATE needed more than just to modernise. We set out a new chapter for TECATE – reigniting its fire, reclaiming its relevance, and amplifying the original spirit that earned its iconicity.
